
Friends throughout college & graduate school, sharing a passion for fitness & mental health. We would go for walks weekly, where we would share our hearts, our struggles, highs and lows of the week, all while getting fresh air & moving our bodies.
After countless “walks & talks” we started talking about how much better we would feel, physically & mentally after and this is what sparked the conversation of where are are now!
Our bodies are a TEMPLE & what a GIFT it is to move them!
We want to help young women take care of their mind, body, & soul through movement, mentorship, & making Christ the center of it all!
